Kelly Ryan is a member of the firm's Health Law Department. Her practice focuses on representation of health care facilities and providers before the Department of Health. Prior to joining Hinman Straub, Ms. Ryan served as Counsel to New York State Senator Marty Golden, Chair of Senate Aging committee. Ms. Ryan was also an adjunct lecturer (Introduction to Irish Politics) at The College of St. Rose in the Fall of 2007. While at Ohio State, she assisted in preparation of Petitioner’s brief for Cutter v. Wilkinson before the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Ryan is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Albany County Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association.
