Patrick J. O’Keeffe is a member of the Firm’s Health Law Department. Mr. O’Keeffe’s practice involves representation of health insurers including Excellus BlueCross and Blue Shield and Empire BlueCross and Blue Shield. He represents HMOs and providers in all aspects of business transactions and regulatory compliance. Mr. O’Keeffe is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
