David Novak is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Novak’s practice involves representing health insurers in all phases of complex litigation in addition to a general civil appellate practice. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a law clerk with the New York Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association and was co-winner of the Nathan Burkan Copyright Law Writing Competition at Touro College of Law.
