David Luntz is a member of the Firm's Litigation department. He is an experienced trial attorney who represents corporations, municipalities and individuals in New York State and Federal Courts. Mr. Luntz has represented clients as lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials throughout New York. His practice includes commercial litigation, representation of insurance companies and their insureds, municipal liability, toxic tort litigation and employment litigation.

Mr. Luntz is a member of the New York State and Albany County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Luntz has lectured frequently for the New York State Bar Association and other organizations in the areas of trial practice and procedure and municipal liability.
