Raymond Kolarsey is Chair of the Firm’s Health Law Department and a member of the Firm’s Health Insurance Department. Mr. Kolarsey represents a range of the Firm’s health law clients, including Excellus Health Plan, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, Genesee Valley Group Health Association, Genesee Region Home Care, Northern New York Physicians Individual Practice Association, Fresenius Medical Care, Century Medical and Dental Center, and RehabCare Group. He is a former Senior Court Attorney with the New York State Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Health Law Section and the American Health Lawyers Association.
