Michael Fallon is a member of the firm’s Government Relations Department, providing legal and legislative representation for numerous clients on a wide variety of issues. He is also responsible for the firm’s lobbying and ethics compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as Legislative Counsel to the Senate Majority. As a senior advisor to the Senate Majority leadership, he provided legal and policy advice, oversaw Senate Floor operations, negotiated legislation on a variety of issues and was responsible for Senate compliance with the Freedom of Information Law.

He previously served as General Counsel to the New York State Office of Homeland Security, and in a number of legal positions with the Senate Minority Conference, including Floor Counsel and conference ethics counsel. He was also involved in a numerous election and campaign matters.

Mr. Fallon volunteers with the Bethlehem Soccer Club as a coach, is a member of the Government Law Center at Albany Law School, and is also a member of the Friends of the Bethlehem Library.
