Stephen Cleary is a member of the Firm’s Government Relations and Health Law Departments. Mr. Cleary represents Firm clients on a wide variety of issues before the State Legislature. Mr. Cleary's practice involves developing and implementing strategies for the passage or defeat of legislation, particularly in the area of health care.
